it was tough and a good workout, but i didn't really see a difference, i think it will really work if you follow the diet to a T, which i didn't (it was just too difficult for me to pre-package 400 calorie meals and bring them to work, etc)

It worked really well for me. I lost 30lbs and down to a size 6 from a 12. I feel stronger then ever. I highly recommend it if you can push yourself; it's not easy.
