so annoyed!!
i called my dr's office yesterday afternoon and left a message for the nurses that i never got my ultrascreen results from 2/25. i never got a call back, so i just calledback... the office is closed.
the message says to call back during regular office hours, Mon-Thurs 9-8, and Fri 9-3.
um, HELLO??
it's 2:30!!!
 i am SO glad this wasn't a more serious issue... but they will be getting a piece of my mind on monday!!

I feel your pain. One receptionist at my dr.'s office has screwed up at just about every appointment I've had. She has trouble spelling my last name so always struggles to find me in the computer or my chart...sadly it's a common last name and I always spell it for her. I've had to track down my own bloodwork because they couldn't find it and never followed up with the lab on more than one occasion. And the best was when she booked me for an appointment when they didn't even have office hours. If I didn't like the doctors I would have left by now, but it's time for one of the receptionists to retire!

That would totally p i s s me off too!!
You should call them first thing Monday am and request an explanation as to why the A) didn't call you with your results B) didn't return your phone call and C) closed half an hour early!
