So confused.....UPDATE!!!
The day of my last period was April 10th.
I still haven't gotten my period....
I went to the gyno today and they took a pregnancy test, there was a VERY faint line next to the solid 2nd line (I wanted to  ) but anyway, when the nurse looked at it she said I don't think you are cause the line is so very light, but you could still see one if you look at it closely, my Dr said he sees a line but it is very very light. He said to wait till next week and test again (I'm probably very early that's why), he did an exam on me and said everything is good, no change yet because I'm still very early if I am pregnant......
Then before he left the room he said " well I'm sure I will see you very soon"!
I still have no clue if I am or not.....
ETA: My DH and I are very careful even though we dont use any protection--lol
Had this happened to anyone else?? TIA.
NOT PREGNANT----I took a test just before and it came up negitive! I'm kinda happy cause we didn't want to try till next year. Its still a little disapointing cause I really thought I was this time.

this happened to me...i had a very faint line so they did a blood test cause i didnt want to wait my period was 2 months late. i would go for a blood test unless you dont mind waiting.
eta: i was NOT pregnant even though the very faint line was there...i still dont understand why the line was there at all

I know right? I dont get it, him and the nurse were looking at it and said the line was so light but there was one there! He did want me to get blood work done, or just to wait and test again next week, so I decided to wait. I guess I'm just nervous too....

I know, thats true. I'm just so in shock if I am cause I never had any scares with DH before, the only time a test came up positive was when we were trying.

Same with me. I never had any scares and was trying for DS. THis pregnancy was a COMPLETE surprise to me- I was late. I was more than shocked when I found out. Take another test and keep us updated!!

Any stress in your life? Any reason it may be late? Significant weight loss/gain? Anything that could have altered your cycle (besides pregnancy, I mean)?
I would ask for the blood test instead of wasting money on the multiple pregnancy tests.
Hope you get the result you need!

Well I dont have anymore or less stress then I usually have....
I lost some weight, but not so much were it would change my period, plus I'm always on a diet and have been getting AF every month on time.
I'm going to wait to see if I get AF this weekend, if not I will go for the blood work up.
Its just strange cause in the past when I was a little late with AF I would test and always get a negitive even at the Dr's office I would never see a faint line, so today was a total surprise to me to see that.

Same here! It could just be that you are very early on and maybe in a week the line will be darker. I've heard of that happening at least. Good luck and I hope you get the result that you're hoping for!

I was very early when I took my home test and it came up positive.
i went to my dr that day and they did a test which came up negative. They said it was prob too early and did a blood test, which came up positive.
Go back tomorrow and ask for a blood test!!!!!

I replied on the pregnancy board but my guess is you're pregnant. A lot of times the digital doesn't come up for a bit b/c it's more sensitive (when I was pregnant I could barely see the line - I threw out the test b/c it was SO faint I was squinting to see it, and the digital was negative on 17DPO, but I was pregnant).

They only did urine tests since I've been going to them. What a Beta?
I had very light (brown) blood like the starting of my period 2 weeks ago and I thought I was getting my period, but then nothing came.

Melissa, good luck - to me it sounds like you are preggo. I always sthought a line is a line. Best wishes. So your kiddies would be almost 3 years apart thts perfect
