So disgusted w/ Aqua water and water pressure in the middle of the night!
On top of them charging us a ridiculous amount of money for 2 months ( Our last bill was 180.00 !  ) the water pressure in the middle of the night stinks. I pay top dollar and I have to wait 10 minutes to flush the toilet, because sorry if TMI the toilet paper does not go down right away... 2 times because there is hardly any water pressure!!! ( It only happens between 4AM to 7 AM). There is nothing wrong in my house- I really really do not like Aqua water! is anyone else having this issue?  They are disturbing my sleep and my pockets w/ there ridculous prices- oh yeah and there is a rate increase added to our bill! apparently everyone got the rate increase!

how is the pressure in the shower? does the toilet flush normally during any other time? only at night is it slow?

After 7AM the shower is great, in the middle of the night I can't tell .LOL The toilet pressure in the middle of the night is awful as well as the sink water too. Only in the middle of the night it is slow as molasses!!!

just trying to rule out an issue within your house... have you called the company about that? what did they say? i know in some towns where water is run through pumps to pressurize it for distribution, at night they shut down some of the pumps to conserve energy to lower their overhead.
