Or do many restaurants not have the pull down changing table in the bathrooms ?

I think if they have high chairs at their restaurant they should be required to have those pull down changing tables in the bathroom!

It drives me crazy when we eat out (which we do often) and I go to change her and there is nothing in the bathroom. I either have to squat on the floor or book back to the car.
Thank god for that changing pad that came with the diaper bag.

Sometimes they are hidden in the handicap stall Chat Icon
If I don't see a changing station, I have changed DS everywhere! From the stroller, to my lap, to the floor (yuck!), back to the car, etc. Yesterday, I changed him between the 2 sinks in the bathroom. A waitress saw me with the diaper bag and the baby going into the bathroom and brought me a table cloth for extra padding on the counter!

I don't get why some places have highchairs but no changing tables. I would rethink eating there if I knew there was no changing table.
I changed DS between 2 sinks one time as well. Chat Icon Chat Icon

I've done that too. One time, there was the hole in the middle where the garbage was.

So I had to be careful she didnt get her butt stuck in the hole Chat Icon

I've said the exact same thing. It drives me nuts especially when it's a place where lots of families with young children go. I usually end up changing DS in the car.

I find a way to make the sink work in those situations or the stroller if we have it with us.
