So I did some TTC research and was wondering if you could answer a few questions
What is the deal with baby aspirin? When should I take it if I do?
What is the deal with Mucinex? When should I take it if I do?
Should I take Mucinex and Robitussin? Do these do the same things? Is one preferred over the other?
Evening Primrose oil? What is the point of this?
I also plan on getting pre-seed and drinking green tea.
One more ? -- I have read that I should consume more full fat dairy -- and then in another search I found that I should cut out dairy. Which is true?

If Robutussin is taken to "thin" out mucus and allow sperm to swim freely, dairy does the opposite. Dairy creates flegm. Thicker flegm is doing the opposite what Robutissin does.

be careful with the green tea - I have just learned that it interferes with the absorbtion of folic acid....

Baby aspirin- Thins your bloos and prevents clots, but at teh same time can cause bleeding. There is a lot of controversy on this. I would NOT take aspirin on a daily basis without going over it first with your practitioner.
Mucinex and robitussin- Don't knwo much about because again controversy that it can be harmful.
Evening primrose oil- to be taken CD1 until you ovulate and then STOP..... Helps increase EWCM.
Pre-seed is a sperm friendly lubricant.
Green tea- NOT recomended to take when TTC or pregnanct because there is an enzyme in it that blocks the absorption of folic acid in teh body that is crucial for neural tube developemnt.
As always, you should always consult your practitioenr before using anything and verify things with them!

I'm even more confused now, I do have to see my dr. maybe I will call and try to make an appt. with her that way I can ask her these questions, and get a script for pre-natals again.

ditto here. I would go on the pre natals and I wouldnt do the baby aspirin.
