Put pillow under your knees when you're out of surgery. Helps the skin not be so taut at the place of incision.

I had mine out in january. the incisions ( 5 small ones) didnt hurt. the only thing that really hurt after was the gas pains ( they fill your abdomen with air) make sure to request dom form of gas relif as soon as possible. Walking helped alot also. I has it out late tuesday night early wed morning and was back at work on friday. it really wasnt that bad.

I just had it done last year. Not too bad. Right now I don't remember anything about the recovery, so that must be good. Chat Icon

Good luck!

I had mine out 5 years ago. Very easy surgery and recovery. Mild pain for a few days afterwards. Felt so much better after having it out. Good luck!

I had mine out in December - it wasn't that bad. Try to move around as much as possible because the more you sit and lay around the stiffer and sorer you get.
The hardest part for me wasn't being able to lift my boys for 2 weeks. I had a 7 week old and a 15 month old :(

Good Luck
