So I just tried the 30 day Shred
WOW! That was quite a workout. I was a little scared from the reviews I'd read, but it wasn't quite as bad as I anticipated. However, as I sit here my legs feel like jello and my forehead is dripping with sweat (sorry- I know that's gross). I'll probably be aching tomorrow!
The most difficult part for me was the push ups- or in my case the "faux" push ups- since I can't even do the modified ones (how sad....). I did the best approximation I could.

I know!!! I bought it and only did it twice..so bad..it is really HARD!!!! And its not like i don't exercise....

yes, it is a very good workout, but it's very effective!!! DH totally noticed a difference in my arms after I was doing the shred consistently. It's a great workout for the time allotted!
