So I thought Logan was a pretty common name...
I mean, it's not Brian or William or anything, but I thought it was pretty commonplace these days.
So why does everyone I tell look at us like we are crazy??
These are the conversations I have:
"What's his name?"
"Logan"
"Moby?"
"No, Logan."
"Lodie?"
"No, Logan"
"Hogan - like the wrestler?"
"NO! LOGAN"
"Oh...that's unusual."

According to the Social Security Administration, it's very popular..
Popularity of the male name Logan Year of birth Rank 2006 19 2005 26 2004 27 2003 28 2002 29 2001 29 2000 40 1999 42 1998 44 1997 42 1996 42 1995 51 1994 70 1993 76 1992 89 Note: Rank 1 is the most popular, rank 2 is the next most popular, and so forth. Name data are from Social Security card applications for births that occurred in the United States.
BTW, Robert is ranked #47.... Thomas is #51
Moby, Lodie, and Hogan are not in the top 1000 for any year in the past 15 years...

I am rolling at this post. I can totally relate as people butcher my name all the time. One woman thought my name was Hen! Oh yeah, that sounds just like Erin.
