so I told my mom the news today.....
and she had the funniest reaction!!! I bought her a card that said "congrats on the new grandbaby......grandkids are fun, once you get the knack, if they ever get cranky just hand them back"......so at first she thought I was giving her a card b/c my niece (grandchild # 2 for her) was just born 7 weeks ago (my mom's a little ditzy).....so I was like ma I wouldn't give you a card 7 weeks later- I'm telling you that I'M pregnant!!!!! she was so confused!!  it was a classic goofy moment for my mom!

She sounds like my mom!!! She is a COMPLETE ditz as well! Somehow she 'got it' when I told her. I think my sister's reaction might have helped.
