So last week I vented about my husbands crappy job...
He works 6 days a week,he is miserable. But we need the $. Well, I guess the Gods heard me complaining, he got an interview with a job working less hours, wayyyyy better benefits, union, and it is more in his career field. He will be taking a very slight pay cut, but well worth it. Please send us good vibes for a great interview! TIA

That's awesome, congrats.
I recently went through something similar and took a pay cut and am actually bringing home more in my paycheck because the benefits are so freakin' amazing.
I also am still doing Per Diem work when I want to and just padding my savings with that cash.
It's been a win-win and I'm NEVER stressed anymore. In fact, at my 6 month review I told my boss that I don't feel like I'm ever going into work because I'm never stressed out.
