So proud of myself
Nope, I didn't let a little thing like an attack during one of my runs stop me from my goal of training for a 5k... never have I used my kids as an excuse... or how tired I am after a long day of work...
Nothing is going to impede me... and so far I've held true... I haven't missed a single run since I started, not even the week of the attack! And now I'm close to wrapping up week 6 of runningmate. Only two more weeks left for the training program!
And my ultimate goal... which I WILL reach... is to run a 5k for a diabetes association, in memory of my father 
Just a little pat in my own back as motivation
