So remember the drama surrounding my sister's baby shower?
Get this...
Tonight I was at my mom's house and we were about to order the invitations online when I realized that we didn't have the address of the woman holding the shower at her house (quick summary: BIL's cousin offered to host the shower at her hosue since it's big, and even though my mom and I didn't want it there, my mom felt like she HAD to say yes and we don't know this woman). Anyway, so my mom calls the cousin for her address and she says to my mom, "Oh, actually, I can't have the shower here. I decided that I need to close the pool and my yard is big enough, not my house."  My mom was like, "Um, oooooK." W T F?!?!? WHEN was this woman going to tell us?! Her shower is less than 2 months away! So, my mom and I marched right down to the place we had WANTED TO BOOK ANYWAY and booked the shower for the same date and time. While we're there, the cousin calls back and says to my mom, "Well, I was thinking about it, and sure we'll be really squished, but I think we'll do it here anyway." My mom was like, yea, um, I don't think that's happening. Bye. 
And then I heard those words that everyone says they don't want to hear, but they really do: YOU WERE RIGHT!
So, all has been righted in the land of Rachel

wow - who does that? says yes, then no, then yes??
You are much better off not doing it there, who knows what would happen the day of the shower! Now the plans are 100% in your control and it will be better
