So that pain in my stomach... UPDATE!!

might turn out to be my gall bladder. Spoke to my doctor yesterday who said I have all the symptoms of gall bladder disease. I'm going for an abdominal ultrasound today so just praying everything is ok. Not sure what can even be done while pregnant if it turns out to be that. I wish i'd be able to see my little peanut while there to make sure everything is good in that department, but don't think that will happen.


UPDATE: Well it seems the pain I'm feeling is just contributed to pregnancy. My gall bladder looked fine. And the best part...they scanned the baby and it looked perfect.

oh no!!! i wonder if they can even do surgery while you're pregnant? my first guess would be no....keep up posted! hope you're ok

Thank You! I'm not sure if they can do surgery or if I would even want to have surgery while pregnant. Keeping my fingers crossed that if it is my gall bladder, that it's not that bad.

I hope that all is ok... but as far as I know they will wait to do the surgery until after you deliver.

I hope that everything is okay! And i hope you get to see your LO while you're there. . I mean how hard is it for them to just scoot that over a bit!!

I know someone who had that situation and she had to either have surgery or give up ALL fat in her diet until pregnancy was over. .she chose giving up fat. .it was really hard but is avoided surgery and helped her really control weight.
