so the house we wanted...

and never got an accepted offer on just lowered their asking price by 9K.

all i have to say is: Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon and i told you so!

it's my opinion that they were fools to not have accepted our offer, especially in a house that needed almost EVERYTHING to be updated.

but that's fine by me because we found something better Chat Icon

however on the off chance that this other house falls through it's nice to know that it's still available Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

"your first offer is the best offer"

he had his own RE company for years

and in 2 hours I will finally be following in his foot steps...ok off subject- but I am freaking a bit!

I use to LOVE when I saw that too. It's like "hah hah...good for you!"
But I learned that everything happens for a reason and I truly live by that!
We too found a much better home after 3 differnent ones toward the end of our search that we almost bought and were upset when they didn't work out!
Glad you found something better too. Best of luck to you! Chat Icon

I have to agree... "the first offer was the best offer" but for us it was the first two offers (they came in the same weekend and both backed outChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon)
