So what do you do?
Ok, so I figure we hear alot of personal things about eachother so why not get to know eachother a little better!
Where Do you live?: Plainview
What do you do?: I am in print sales, I started my dad's company out here on Long Island. I work from home and sell things like forms, labels, checks, marketing materials.
Ok copy and paste and if you want to add feel free!

What do you do?: DH and I own a race engineering shop. We (well him) build race motors and fabricate race cars. I do all the office work.

Where Do you live?: NYC , but we want to move to LI so BAD!!! We just can't sell our apartment in this real estate market. : (
What do you do?: I am a vaccine representative and visit mostly all pediatricians. It makes it so hard right now....b/c all I see everyday is about a dozen or more newborns on a daily basis.
Right now it is DH & I and are lovely baby- our Golden Retriever, Lexi!

How fun! How do you like working with DH? My mom does the billing for our company and works with my dad and has for years!

We are hoping to move to Manhasset/Port Washington Area. That is where DH grew up and his family all live.Mine all in Lehigh Valley, Pa.- Both Pa Girls! It's so funny we never knew each other prior btwn hometowns and college. I am glad we became friends now.

I live in Tampa, FL and currently I am attending college for my nursing degree while I work at a restaurant. DH is from Long Island, we were married on the island and we lived there for a year & just moved back to Tampa.

DH was born & raised on LI, I was born & raised in FL. He moved here with an ex in 2000-2001 and they broke up a little while later. DH & I met.........(wait for it).....................on MYSPACE  I know, I know...our 4 year (dating) anniversary is the 18th of this month & we were married 7/7/07 in Holbrook, NY. I only have my mom & brother here, rest of fam is in Mass./Maine & dad is in Denver. So, with his large Italian fam we decided getting married in NY would be more cost efficient to everyone involved. I was a LIW bride, b/c I didn't know anything about Long Island & the site was SO helpful planning my "destination" wedding. I consider myself a LIW bride, so LIF was a given. Hope you'll still accept me, even if I'm a southerner

WAIT! Did you read the part where Imentioned we moved to LI for a year? I had to threaten his life to get out of that hell hole (no offense to anyone). Tampa is FUN, come on down when the cra p p y weather gets to be too much for you. 
P.S. I have an admission to make......................................................................... I bought one of those PG countdown clocks today  I had time to kill & went to a consignment shop. It was brand new & only $5 Had to have it

No i didn't read that. You were smart to get out of here. I am sure it's much more affordable in Tampa! I think of of DH's close family members lives in Tampa. If I'm ever there I'll look you up! If I could move back to PA i'd go!

Nothing to be ashamed of my dear. I met my husband on....ready for this....AOL Back in the day of the "Long Island" chat room where everyone was all "A/S/L?" (age/sex/loc) yeah we are cool like that LMAO....I didnt admit that to anyone until AFTER we were engaged; I lied and said we met at a gym.
