Where Do you live?: Ozone Park (lived on LI my whole life though)
What do you do?: Nada at the moment unless obsessing over becoming preggo counts??  I actually did accounts receivables/collections for a distributing company in Garden City Park. I worked there for 2 years until I was forced to leave because of how they treated me after my m/c. (LONG story) So now Im just kinda free loading off my hubby hoping to become a SAHM sooner rather then later

I only have my mom & brother here, rest of fam is in Mass./Maine & dad is in Denver. So, with his large Italian fam we decided getting married in NY would be more cost efficient to everyone involved. I was a LIW bride, b/c I didn't know anything about Long Island & the site was SO helpful planning my "destination" wedding. I consider myself a LIW bride, so LIF was a given. Hope you'll still accept me, even if I'm a southerner
Nothing to be ashamed of my dear. I met my husband on....ready for this....AOL Back in the day of the "Long Island" chat room where everyone was all "A/S/L?" (age/sex/loc) yeah we are cool like that LMAO....I didnt admit that to anyone until AFTER we were engaged; I lied and said we met at a gym.
OMG- I met my husband on AOL back in the day too! Some people in my family still don't know we met on AOL.

i'm jumping on this bandwagon late but......
Where do you live? We live in lower Westchester. We were married in LI last year and DH has family in LI
What do you do? I work at a University in the city and I'm the director in one of the academic advising offices (sorry to be so vague)
I'm on FB but since I'm in hiding I don't want to post my name just yet. Hopefully the next few months will go by quickly and I'll be revealing with a BFP in the new year!

i went to college in tampa and my family is mostly in florida (Daytona area)! i looove the tampa area--it's so nice! i always tell dh that if we ever move to florida, it would have to be near tampa/st pete!

So, I've been torn about replying to this post b/c I'm trying to remain anonymous. I keep thinking about just using my normal screenname, but I once I finally become PG, I don't want people to know my real identity (I'm a little superstitious like that), so I'm going to be a little vague...sorry!
I live in South East Nassau County, and I work in the mental health field with children. I'm constantly faced with parents who had unplanned pregnancies, or who are just awful parents, and it makes our situation so much more painful!

From: hmmm right now, VS, UGH... temporarily till we find another house, ours sold a bit sooner then we thought so living at my moms... interesting,,, me my mom, grandma, husband, two kids,(trying for 3rd) and my dog! Talk about a full house! Anyway...
