We had a Christening today at Nick Deangelo's and I swear I had about 4 plates full - everything was so delicious. I am going to try and lay low tonight for dinner.

I made baked ziti with ground turkey in it, sauteed spinach w/garlic, and baby carrots w/pepper on them. YUM! Lots of leftovers too!
I don't cook very often, so DH worships me when I do!
