No inspiration here, it's probably take-out quesadilla night. Which means:
grilled chicken, black bean and jack cheese quesadilla with sour cream and hot sauce
and for DH, shrimp and avocado quesadilla with hot sauce
and two strawberry/orange smoothies
Yup, I'm hungry now.

I'm making what i call "greek salad pizza". I toast pita bread, spread yogurt sauce(tatziki from costco, mmmm so good) on top crumble feta, top w/ salad and marinated grilled chicken. I made chocolate bundt cake w/ vanilla frosting for dessert, DH's favorite
