So who wants to join in my pity party
Ugh. So not only do I have a nastay cold, I seem to have herniated a disc in my back (or so my doctor seems to think) So I can not really look after Noah on my own...
So...I am in lots of pain and if you all don't send  I am coming to find every single one of you and slap the 's out of you.
Oh, and I had a day at the spa booked for today...a whole day at the spa and I had to cancel it, due to feeling miserable.

I slipped a disc in my back during my 2nd trimester as well. Trust me I know how severe the pain can be. It helped me to lay on my back with my legs elevated with an ice pack (or heating pad if that works for you). Stretching helps also. Luckily after a couple of weeks I felt 100% better. But no more lifting or bending over to pick anything up. I couldnt even lean over my sink to wash my face. Feel better.

I'm with you on the nasty cold, dealing w/ one myself.
So sorry about the herniated disc, is that what has been causing you all this pain for all this time? I remember you mentioning back pain on several occasions.
Make sure you rebook that spa day SOON!!!
