My first thought is fish tacos and burritos but my DH really likes to cook. He'll get out the cookbooks and try anything that looks good.

Poor DH - he has become the main chef in our house. We eat well - no thanks to me. I have the ability, but no time or desire.

Hmmm... well... seeing as how my DH is the better cook, he is usually the one doing the cooking.
Ditto.
DH does all the cooking.
Anything I cook came includes the instructions: pull back corner to vent.

The "bag of salad" he ate at least three times a week before he met me.

Anything premade and frozen he can manage to cook (ie frozen pizza, frozen pierogies, frozen ravioli, frozen quiches etc).
So basically anything that can be microwaved.

Let's see this week's menu was:
Pork Loin with mango chutney, creamed corn, salad
Filet mignon, beans, corn on the cob, salad
Grilled Chicken in a salad
among the other things he makes. He's an amazing cook.
When I made dinner for myself, I heated up a veggie burger.

Weeknights we'd be having takeout, pastas & sauce, hot dogs, or cans of soup.
When he has more time and energy he likes to get out a cookbook and make a gourmet meal.
