Some stomach pains ??? Is this labor??

I had an internal on Tuesday and was still 1cm dialated. I had some bleeding, not even spotting, bleeding afterwards and then it turned to spotting.

It's now Friday, and I'm still spotting! It's not stopping!

Last night, I started having some severe pains right in the middle of my lower stomach. If I stood up, it was so painful, I had to sit back down. This pain also happened when I went to the bathroom. It would stop and not come back for about a 1/2 hour. Then, it was on a side, not just the middle.
It stopped around 11:30- but started again around 6:30.

I've called my Dr.'s office, just wondering if this is what the other girls felt like when their labor started? OR, if I'm just over-reacting
