Re: Some things never change
Oh yea- when I was in HS- I knew plenty of people who used them to pass drug test to get a job at like home depot or target-
He isnt stupid- Actually he knows WAY to much!

Well- you cant make him get it- if he dosent want it... He has rights (or so says the courts)
That makes me so angry!! And if he never gets help he'll end up in jail, or worse, and they won't want him.
The system is so screwed up sometimes!!
Sorry!

Re: Some things never change
Tell me about it-
This is where Im angry and resentful-
If you read my past posts- you will find a story about how one night- my brother snuck in a few friends-
My mom woke up because she "felt" something wasnt right- and there was him and his friends tripping out- hallucinating and all-
My mom called 9-11-
The police came and told my mom there was nothing they could do- they kids have rights- the only thing he could do was tell them to leave her home-
They were clearly under the influence- but they had rights- and there was "supposedly" nothing he could do....
I mean- why was someone w/ possesion driven home and not to a station?
I find the whole system ridiculous- If they did something about these teenagers-
There'd be ALOT less fatal car accidents, deaths, suicides etc... (IMO)

I can't believe what you are going through and I am having a hard time understanding why he wasn't brought to jail. The system is so messed up. I remeber when my brother was 16 he went to jail for stealing a bike- which is nothing compared with this! I hope you and your family are able to get some reief soon!
