Someone please tell me to relax~!
Every cramp I feel I am getting all nervous. I know my Dr said that there is Implantation Cramping...but I still get nervous. How long does it last? I am 5 weeks.
Sorry for my craziness

Re: Someone please tell me to relax~!
Unfortunately, the cramping never really ends. In the beginning, for me, it lasted from about 5-9 weeks, and then I didn't really have any until around 20 weeks. Of course, I freaked out and called my Dr. and it turned out to just be uterine stretching. I'm now having it again at 30 weeks and my Dr. said it is just more stretching.

Re: Someone please tell me to relax~!
I've had cramping this whole pregnancy. Unless it gets really severe or is accompanied by bleeding it is normal.

You're fine, I know it's hard but try and relax. I started cramping at 5DPO and it didn't end until I was about 12-13 weeks along. It makes you nervous because it feels exactly like menstrual cramps but it's just your body's way of preparing itself for the pregnancy. Feel better.

Re: Someone please tell me to relax~!
I had pretty much constant AF like cramps for the first 8 weeks. I still get cramping on and off now and I'm 19 weeks. I don't think it ever really goes away.
I know it's hard (esp. in the beginning), but try to relax, you'll likey get used to all of the cramps, pulls and twinges

Re: Someone please tell me to relax~!
I had cramps/pain/stretching throughout the first trimester. Now, at almost 19 weeks, I still get cramps and pain. It's normal.

Re: Someone please tell me to relax~!
I had very bad cramps around that time. Your body is stretching to accommodate your baby. A Tylenol helped me get through the day.

try to remain calm...as long as there is no bleeding, you are probably just fine....it could also be gas pains!
