Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
ha!
just remember..they are cute for a reason!!
not sure if you mean for how they are like as toddlers, but here is my experience so far:
all kidding aside, I had greatest baby ever. slept through the night, no feeding issues, sweet, relaxed.. ...
...
and now, he is still sweet but very, very mischevious. he refuses to sleep, won't eat anything but strawberries and ketchup, and I swear, he has horns and a tail that he is hiding!!
i get a kick out of it, but no, he didn't turn out the way I figured he would (based on when he was a baby).
but then again, he is approaching two in February. I'm guessing it's his age, but check back with me when he is 7 (if I last that long!! )

Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
My DS was such an easy baby! When he was born the nurse even told me "Your son is very good natured" after bringing him back from his first bath.
Now..he is by no means "easy". He is still good natured but extremely strong willed.

Not necessarily, my son was a HORRIBLE baby, but is a really easy going fantastic toddler! He can be stubborn, but he is really pretty easy!

DS was a difficult baby, but a much easier toddler. DD was a very easy baby, but so much more of a handful than her brother....

Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
My son was a really, really tough baby. From problems eating, to problems sleeping and a really strong willed temper from the start. He's just about to turn two and I can say that he is MUCH easier now. He still has his moments but they are nothing compared to when he was a baby. I can tell he'll be a good natured kid.
My friends that all had easy babies complain about how hard their kids are now (almost 2). Personally I don't think they are much harder than my son, but I just think the new behavior is a shock to them, so it feels like so much work. KWIM? I think all toddlers have their moments, no matter how they started out!

Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
My happy easy going baby has become a very happy, gentle toddler. Although he certainly has his moments. His teachers tell me that he is generally well behaved and easy to deal with.
Don't worry, I'm paying for it with his baby

Same for my DD! She had colic and was just generally a tough baby....now at 2.5, she's really a very good, sweet toddler (who of COURSE has her moments, but they're mild and not too common).

Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
Well DS is only 16 months now so I don't know how qualified I am to answer this, but I will say that he was always a super easy baby (except right before we did CIO, and that was only at night). Now that he is older, he is more headstrong, but for the most part he responds well to positive reinforcement. He has his tantrums, which are short-lived, and is a very funny, cuddly kid. So far we have had no big issues with him except for some very recent separation anxiety which (I think) is to be expected with #2 on the way.
I don't think I would necessarily call him "easy" because he is very active and requires more attention now, but he's very good.

Re: sooo do easy babies turn into good/easy kids???
I hope so too..DD was an relatively easy baby, now that she just turned one, still a baby, I see her being ultra headstrong and strong willed..I think that will continue, but she's still a dream in most respects...I think its my personality with the toughness and honestly I can't help that
