I don't know how long PP you are but I know they really stressed taking laxatives after pregnancy so you don't get them. I think it could be a sign.

It could definitely be from hemorroids. I had them and didn't even no it. They are far worse now then when I was pregnant. If you are straining while going, take a stool softener. It definitely helps

If its not a hemroid is could be a fissure slight tears. Unfortunaltey i Have them. I had them repaired 2 years ago and since having DD they came back. And I didnt even think it would happen since I had a C-section. Except mine are very painful and blood will be on the toilet paper and in the toilet. Sorry for the TMI..I am dreading going thru the surgery again to fix them.
