Sorry I've been MIA
I have been dealing with two sick parents and unfortunately, my father passed last Monday. He was very sick but fought hard. I'm glad he's at peace now and my husband and I are now focusing on taking care of mom.
Life will never bee the same but I'm glad for the times we had together and especially toward the end getting the rare opportunity to tell him how much I loved him. We were all there when he passed, holding his hand, kissing and hugging him and he went with no pain.
RIP Daddy. You are my hero.
