Sorta OT...but can you have a panic attack out of nowhere??
My heart has been RACING all day, and I feel almost as I can't breathe. I had to take DS out for a long walk to get air...it seemed to help a bit but that awful feeling is back.
And the weird thing is is that everything is ok...I have a lot on my plate (working from home, watching DS all day..) but no more than anyone else. I can usually handle things like a champ. Do you think this is anxiety?? What a bad feeling

I've had panic attacks but they've never last that long.
Are you feeling ok otherwisew, not light-headed or anything?
If you are still feeling that way tomorrow I'd call you doctor.

I get that too, but it only lasts a short time, is there something bothering you that you keep thinking about that can be causing you to feel this way all day?
Hope you feel better soon!

Are you tired or had too much caffeine? Sometimes that happens to me when I haven't slept much or drank too much caffeine. Feel better!

There is a lot on my mind I guess (upcoming christening, bills like always etc..) but nothing too unusual. I still feel this way. And I usually have a ton of caffeine but have been cutting back and drinking more water...I've been doing breathing exercises that supposedly help but not working :(
I hope tomorrow is better.
Thanks ladies!
