Spartan Race/Warrior Dash
Anyone know what the difference is between these two? Is one harder than the other? Also, if you have done any of these races/obstacle courses, did you train much beforehand?

These races are pretty similar. I started training for these races last year but then I got pregnant. The only thing I did differently was work on my upper body more. Good luck!!
