Speaking of parties for 30 people
I am throwing my brother a 40th. 30 adults 12 kids
I am stuck on how many burgers & dogs I should get. What do you think?
We are also having:
Sausage & Peppers Ziti & Meatballs Fried Chicken
and all the sides too.
TIA

Re: Speaking of parties for 30 people
General rule of thumb is 1/4 pound per person. I'd probably figure at least 1 hot dog and burger per person and then have half the amount of people extra.
I'd probably buy one of those big costco packs of hot dogs and 2 or 3 of the angus burger sleeves (I cant remember how many are in there).
I'd do one full tray of each sausage and peppers and pasta. I'd prob do 5-6 pounds of pasta since kids will be eating it too and 7 pounds of sausage and peppers.
