Speaking of Sweet Potato fries
what kind of dip if any do you serve with them. I remember having them with a honey mustard sauce.. yummy, andy other ideas or suggestions

I like to dip mine in Ranch dressing. 
eta - bleu cheese dressng is great as well!

i like them plain... but at a restuarant that i went to recently they served them with this brown sugar butter sauce...

I like them plain too, but I have had a sweeter honey mustard sauce in restaurants.
