spent 4 hours in the hospital today...
I had my weekly checkup with the dr today and on the way there i started feeling a little weird, like my arms and legs felt like jello and i was a little light headed, i throught nothing of it since most of the time i think these things are just in my head but i figured id mention it to the dr anyway. so i did just that and she checked my blood pressure and it was a little high. i also had some protein in my urine so she sent me to st. catherines to get monitored because she said these were all signs of pre-eclampsyia.
long story short.... im fine except i had an elevated white blood cell count and im now officially on bed rest. i go back on friday for a checkup. i just hope everything is ok and they dont try putting me in the hospital on fri, my shower is saturday!!! im a little bummed, my pregnancy has went so well until now. i hope this dosnt mean im gonna have a tough delivery.

I'm so sorry you ended up in the hospital!! Take time to rest and relax and hopefully they will take you off bedrest in the next few days.
