Spin-off to the "food baby"
People have mentioned that they get a "food baby" when they eat food, then they bloat immediately and their stomach looks slightly pregnant.
Well, does anyone else have this problem?
When I stand up, my stomach looks thin and somewhat toned, when I sit down in a chair, there are no rolls, when I lean over to pick something up it looks fine... BUT.. whenever i am working out and have to be on the ground on my hands and knees and i look down there is a huge loose pouch of skin/stomach, like a big basketball hanging down, that makes me look so fat but it only happens when I am doing those specific exercises. What gives? Anyone else have this? what can I do to get rid of it?

I am so glad I am not alone. It is so weird and it makes me cringe too!! it makes all of those things (like planks) unbearable if I look down i have to focus outward so I don't see it!! Frustrating!!

Prob just your organs and gravity lol...what about if u tighten your ab muscles when you do that? Does it still happen?
