I watch my coffee and chocolate intake. Also try to stay away from beans and cabbage.... just can't stay away from the broccoli

The only thing I avoid is broccoli. Whenever I eat it Amelia gets the worst gas or days

Dairy. Dark leafy greens. My acid reflux kicked in at the end of my pregnancy and has not gone away since then so I'm trying to limit my intake on anything saucy.

I'm caffeine free....limited dairy (just not drinking milk anymore)...I don't know why...I will probably test the milk again soon. In my first four weeks of life frenzy, I may have made some conclusions that aren't necessarily true. We'll see. And unfortunately, I'm limiting chocolate. Other than that, I've been eating very much everything that I want to. (insert piggy face icon)

I ate everything I felt like. The only thing I watched for was drinks with caffeine. 1 per day was what I stuck to.

I am off dairy (milk, cheese), eggs, wheat, nuts, gassy foods like broccoli, chickpeas (per GI specialist)
But I can't say I'm 100%....more like 96%

I am caffeine free and limit to 1 glass of wine when I want one. With ds I could not eat anything with MSG and with both kids no straight egg yolks. I can eat thing with eggs in them but not scrambled eggs. Very odd but true.

so far I am dairy free (except for Lactaid milk).
I am trying to watch anything to gasseous, though it looks like beans and sauerkraut are my son's enemies as well.
