Spinoff: Eyeliner that stays on....
with a look like this, can you actually achieve that without it running down your face or have racoon eyes?
So far I cant and would love to!

It's funny Deb...when I try to use a black eyeliner and do that...it's a big mess...dark circles under my eyes...I look like a crackhead...
However, when I use Maybelline Cool Effect (it's a big shadow/liner pencil) in bronze, it stays all day long.
It looks like this..

I'm on my blackberry so I can't see the picture too big but it looks like she has a cat eye on the top. I do this pretty much everday and use Maybelline liquid eyeliner which stays on fine. On the water line I use a regular black eye pencil. I do have to reapply every few hours. I have yet to find a black pencil that stays on all day.
