Since we got married last year, we sent out cards last year with our wedding pic. It was the kind of card that you affixed a pic on it. It was kind of fun to see the pics detached and in frames at relative's houses when we went back to visit this past summer.

I love receiving photo cards of friends and family, kids or no kids. Especially since we live far away and we don't get to see them very often.

We did the first year we were married. Since we were married in November, and hadn't gotten our thank you photos yet, we thought it would be nice.

I won't do it again unless I have a child. My siblings would tease me mercilessly if I sent a photo of just the two of us.

I wanted to do one in front of our Christmas tree since it is our first christmas in our condo, but I KNOW, my family will make fun of us...lol. Plus, I'd have to do it without DH knowing cause he would never pose for that pic knowing where it would end up

I send out regular cards.

I personally am not a fan of photocards. I think wedding thank yous are the only good reason to send a picture of us out. JMHO

When I have kids, just the kids, not us.

I only like photocards of babies first Christmas. I find it to be overkill when someone sends cards of their 5 year olds.

What's even worse are people who send a newsletter.

Guess what? Nobody cares that little Timmy got 100 on his spelling test in June.

Yes, of my dog. Until we have kids, I'll continue to send out Bosco.

We're sending out regular cards, with no photo. I usually write something like "Wishing you and your family a very, Merry Christmas, and a Happy, Healthy New Year," but I am OCD and anal - I bought Christmas cards in September and have most of them written already, just waiting to be sent out.

I think wedding pictures, or something major (like the house pictures above) are cute for photo cards...but I once received a photo card from an ex-boyfriend about a year after we broke up with just a picture of him standing in front of a firetruck. My friends and I could not stop laughing at him. (This was a grown man with a law degree!!!)

No photos for us but if I had a cute dog or cat I would send a pic of them. I love getting cute dog pics from my friends.
