I always shower everyday whether we go out of not that is a must for me - I do so before DH leaves for work otherwise it is almost impossible for me. I am guilty of wearing my hair up all the time and I hate it - but DD tends to love to grab my hair and pull and play with it (still at 11 months) and so I almost never wear my hair down anymore. I do try to put on lipstick everyday and sometimes powder. I don't really get dressed up b.c I hate to crawl on the ground all dressed but I do mostly wear jeans. I tend to only really get dressed when we go out for a nice dinner with DH without DD.

Makeup is a sometimes thing.
Usually jeans/sweats...
I have one DD who is 13 months
This is me too.. only one DC but when Im running out of the house to run errands the only thing I really worry about it showering.. hair is wet 95% of the time and I might throw on some bronzer to make myeslf look more awake

I have very short hair, so no problem with that. I don't wear make up, so no problem with that. I wear Jeans and sneakers(rocketdogs)/flats all the time (or Birkenstocks...) so I don't get all dolled up. But thats also what I wear to work...

I do get showered, do my hair and make-up when I go out, except to the gym. My daughters are 2 1/2 and 6 weeks old. It helps that I have F/T help.

For me its so much more difficult to get "dolled up" than it was before kids...
my kids are 10 1/2 months apart, now 2&3........
so I feel like since having my 1st baby
(and then getting preggo a minute later!)
I havent looked the same....
my hair, my skin, everything takes a lot longer to "fix" since my pregnancies!
but I still wont leave w/o doing my best....
showering, blowing my hair,
makeup usually done in the rear-view at a red light
I am still very vain,
I wish I didnt care as much about my looks as I do, because getting out would be so much quicker & easier!
I am one who loved to sit in front of the mirror a good 45 min perfecting my makeup before kids!
ETS- I DONT have full time help lol!

I won't leave the house without showering, blow drying my hair, putting on clean and nice clothes, etc... Since my kids were young, I would just put them somewhere safe (high chair, crib, etc) and shower. I shower every day and get my self presentable, even if we aren't going anywhere. I was never one to wait for DH to be home, because then I would never shower and get out  My kids are now 2 and 4 and that makes it that much easier, but its still 3 people to get ready to get out.

I shower every morning, wash/blow my hair every other day and I always put on a little make up...
2 kids, I put the toddler in the playroom and she watches TV and plays...the baby is sometimes sleeping or in the bouncy in the bathroom with me...
