spinoff of my teething post - how much tylenol?
how much tylenol do you give your 3 month old, and how frequently?
TIA... i'm losing it over here...

alright, thanks, i will give it a little more freely then. i only gave him 0.2ml, which is what we were instructed to give him when he was first born, after his circumcision. now that he's double the weight, makes sense to increase the dose, i just didn't want to do it without some input from my LIF ladies... thanks

Yes, the dosage is according to their actual weight.
I first gave it at three months and the doc asked their weight before telling me how much to give. I think he had a dosage chart.

Check with your ped or pharmacist as my ped said the does went by weight.

i think it depends on baby's weight... when DD was 10lbs 6 oz (after her shots) ped told me 0.4 (twice a day) this past weekend, she had fever and ped said 0.8 is ok???
try the 0.4 - if no relief, call ped and ask hope he feels better. teething already???

I can commiserate with you on this DS got his first tooth at 4 months too 
The good thing is, he is 16 months and DONE (until he gets his second set of molers anyway
