Thanks Jersey Moms! I was hesitant to try the tofu cheeses because when I was trying to BF him I tried some and it was NASTYChat Icon But they do seem to like everything.

On a side note-when I was getting them soy yogurt I realized only 1 brand at the Whole Foods by me doesn't have milk ingredients...what is the purpose of having a soy product with milk in it!Chat Icon

Personally I think the vegan slices are gross! My DS didn't like them the first time I tried them, but then I tried again a few months later and he ate it. Tofutti cream cheese is dairy free.

As for yogurt Whole Soy & Co. and Silk are both safe. I also let DS have soy pudding occasionally as a treat. I think Zen Soy or something is the brand. There's another soy pudding that's safe too, but I forget the brand.

Another tip...check your grocery store's kosher section for some products. I buy kosher bread crumbs. Also, there's a kosher consumme powder you can use to make broth for soups.

So I went to a different Whole Foods and got the Soy and Co and the Silk yogurt-I wish they came with plastic tops because I don't use a whole one in one feeding but whatever.

I did look at the Dr Praegers and the reason i didn't buy it is because it says processed in a facility that processes with milk, eggs, nuts etc. Maybe when he is older I would try that but not at 10 months.

I got the tofutti cream cheese but realized I can't give D the bages I have becaus ethey have apple juice in them...so I'll have to get some Thomas's mini cin raisin they can both have those

I bought a bunch of fresh fruit and frozen organic veggies and made them little chicken meatloafs like Chikita suggested. I put shallot and red pepper in mine. I used crushed up cheerios for the "breadcrumbs" since my breadcrumbs had milk in them. Thanks everyone for the great ideas!

I also bought ground turkey to make turkey meatballs tomorrow.

A lot of Ian's products are allergen free. They have chicken nuggets, fish sticks, french toast sticks, etc...
