Spinoff--SLR Camera
Can you recommend yours? I am looking to purchase on this new year and take a photography course. Also, do you use photoshop in addition to the camera?
Does anyone use a "film" camera?

I have 2 canon rebel SLRs (1 is the 1st one they came out w/ like 4+ years ago) and the other is the newest model out. I LOVE THEM!!! I don't use photoshop much----
I still have my film SLRs also and use them for important occassions- but always bring my digital w/ me too.

I have a Nikon D50. It's not made anymore, but I would recommend the D80 if you can swing it.

For 35mm I shoot the Nikon N80.
I am saving for D80. I think for a less advanced photographer the D40 or D40x would be perfect.
I switched to Nikon a few years ago and I am VERY happy with the choice.
