If I am being healthy: steamed chicken & stringbeans w/ garlic sauce on the side & brown rice.
Not healthy: General Tsoas chicken (very spicy), fried rice & eggroll!

I could eat Chinese food every day, but DH isn't such a fan. But when we do get it, we usually order some variation of:
boneless spare ribs
veggie lo mein
beef szechuan style
Chicken and broccoli- either regular or steamed
steamed dumplings
shrimp with lobster sauce
spring/egg roll
wonton soup
I think I'm going to have to order Chinese for dinner now
