We like to travel, so we'd rather spend the money there instead of on big gifts.
This is TOTALLY us!
We'd rather travel than have a gift on a day type thing. AJ gets stuff but nothing for us. He may get me something small, I may go on thinkgeek.com and find something fun but generally, no.
Halloween is much bigger to me than xmas anyway

Spinoff to Christmas shopping....what are you getting DH?
DH is totally spoiled, and he buys what he wants when he wants it, which means I get assed-out of ideas. We should be in our new house by Christmas, so I'm thinking we will only do stocking stuffers so we can put money into the house.
