Spinoff to food allergies...
Did you become allergic to anything late in life?
I've heard of people suddenly becoming allergic to nuts when they are older.

DH was allergic to chocolate and nuts as a child, he grew out of it somewhat, he cant really have chocolate now but he can have nuts
On the other hand SIL has been since she was little and is still allergic to chocolate and nuts

I have become allergic to nuts--I never was before. But we went out to dinner last year and I had a salad with nuts and I broke out in a horrible rash from head to toe and was very sick. So I will no longer eat any type of nuts.

Two years ago I became allergic to cherries, peaches and plums. My mouth gets very itchy and my lip blows up. It's very strange!!

My poor sister ate shellfish all of the time. After she had a CT scan she suddenly became highly allergic. One time her boyfriend ate shrimp and then kissed her and her throat almost closed up!!!

I don't know if it's technically allergic - but I have very weird reactions to Tylenol - this developed in my 20's.

omggg no way! that happened to me last January!!! It was friggen SCARY - my lips were red and swollen for over a week! It looked like someone punched me in the mouth.
as for the original question, nope, no new allergies. I have a lot, but have had them as long as I can remember.
