Spinoff to home safety---what escape ladders do you have/where did you get them?

I don't have any yet, but I'm leaning towards this one: http://www.quickescape.com/product_info.php?cPath=38&products_id=31
They have stand-offs that you can remove to avoid breaking windows (to prevent getting cut, and to prevent fire from coming out, and more air going in to feed the fire). You can reuse it, so you can practice. It's all metal, so you don't have to worry about nylon straps melting.
