spinoff to leaving kids on the side of the road
my DH and i went to see Rascall Flatts in Manhatten on Saturday night and i saw a man driving a kia 4x4 with a 2 year old ON HIS LAP!!! in the middle of manhatten just driving down the road with all those crazy drivers!!!
