Spinoff to Lump in Breast
Do you do regular breast exams? We were always told to do so, but I never do, but will be starting!

I'm sorry to say that i only do it when I remember, which is not very often. I'm thinking I should write it in my planner so i have no excuse.

I'm not good about checking every month. And I need to drag myself to the annual mammogram. I do eventually go.

yes, unfortunalty my mom passed away from breast cancer at 47 years old. i started going for mammograms at 29 years old and go every single year.

ALWAYS !!!!
My Grandmother had to have a cancerous tumor removed at age 91....
My Aunt has had 3 seperate recurrences of Breast Cancer...
My own mother has had a few scares.
It is too important to me to not remember

I don't do textbook breast exams, but I always have a good feel of my bosoms when I can!! Not just for my own pleasure, but I do know whats normal and whats not! Thats how I found a lump in my breast the first time!
