Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
compared to buying them in a store on sale w/ a coupon??
or is it the mere convenience of having them delivered??
I'm on the fence if I should take advantage

I use 1800diapers - free shipping - I think you can use coupons but I'm not sure how that works. I do it for the convenience of not having to go to the store, since we always buy them in bulk.

Re: Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
the prices seem comparable to BRU. I only buy there with a $5off/case coupons. So the $25 off 3 cases is a better deal.
But I cant say how they compare to BJs prices

I find BJ's to have the best prices and you can use manufacturer coupons in BJ's as well so it is a pretty decent savings. I also found the food and formula to be a big savings in BJ's and I just bought my babysitter a carseat in BJ's that I checked on consumer reports-it was listed as #3 and was I believe $129 in BBB and I got it at BJ's for $79 (I just could not do another $300 Britax for my babysitter you know?) so they do have good deals and they carry A LOT of baby supplies. But delivery is so convenient I do it with food shopping!

I completely agree, I find bj's prices to be the BEST!!! the formula is hit and miss, well at least similac advanced is due to the popularity of it. last week I loaded up on seven of the 36 oz cans. they were 27.99 each, I had a bunch of competitor coupons (bj's takes them) as well as the $5 off each coupon from similac. so I basically got them for $20 each. I also bought pampers cruisers size 3 "biggest box ever", 198 diapers for 36.99... I thought that was a great deal as well (and I had $1.50 additional off coupon). I have never been a coupon clipper before but wow you can really save and its great that bj's takes all of them! I was going to order on amazon and figured its cheaper just to run to bj's

Weird I priced formula and diapers at BJs and I get a better deal at BRU using the BRU coupon and manufacturer coupons.

Re: Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
I was JUST at BJs and the price for size 1 swaddlers was $35. Im not sure how many were in the box since I was just passing by. It seemed like the same size box as on Amazon. But not going to the store - PRICELESS.

price seemed comparable to BJs and BRU. but really- like KPToys said- to not have to go and get them- it is really good i think.

Re: Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
Im usually pretty well stocked on diapers, and I usually pay $4-$6 per jumbo packs. (huggies, pampers, etc. and also have waldbaums brand). I dont think I find deals better than what I get. and we cant really say per diaper price because it totally depends on the size.

Re: Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
I'm stocking up on LUVS because I used those with my 1st and they were great. I've found that I can get them for around .07 or .08 per diaper at Target when I get the Mega pack on sale (9.99 each) and use a $3.00 off coupon. This is for size 1's, the price is slightly more per diaper when the size goes up. Amazon is a lot more expensive than what I've been getting them for (almost double the price per diaper). I guess it's a convenience thing though.

Re: Spinoff to my Amazon diaper post....are the prices good?
I was price comparing it is not too big of a difference I guess but with BJ's you get more diapers but if having them delivered is a big thing for you it may be worth the $
BRU 160 cruisers $35.99 Amazon 160 Cruisers $39.79 BJs 198 cruisers around $36 I paid this weekend
Just FYI hope it helps with your decision!
