spinoff to my own post. What does a star in front of an MLS number mean
and the number starts with a one and I can't find it on MLS...I found the listing on a realtors site.

maybe thay typed it in wrong
try doing a search in that town/price range on MLS instead...

it means its an exclusive listing - not publically posted on MLS. The listing agent has it exclusively.

The house was listed last year and thought that maybe the realtor just never took it down from his site, but it seems that it may be back on..
