Spinoff to post babies bellies
Does anyone have a good Ab DVD they'd recommend post pregnancy? I'm almost 6 months PP and desperate to work on my stomach.
I'm a runner, but have never been good with the toning stuff.

I've never used it but a friend of mine recently told me that she has been using the Tracy Anderson post pregnancy dvd's and she is loving them and really seeing some difference in her core

I have been doing this and Jillian Michaels 6 week abs (i think) or 6 pack abs can't remember and I am starting to notice a difference in my strength.
