Spinoff to Sippy Cup -- recommend yours!

at about 6 months we tried the Avent Magic Cup for 6+months with a soft spout

we put water and Sophia choked badly on it so I havent tried again. She was used to water, she got it on occasion in her bottle

I want to try to introduce it now at 8 months -- which sippy cup do you recommend? TIA! Chat Icon

Hmmm... we have so many I can't think of them all.

He likes Gerber the best, but now trying to stop using the one with the handles. Didn't do so well with Avent.

He's doing good with Munchkin

we have so many, but I'm a HUGE fan of the playtex ones. I like that they are insulated, and practically spillproof. Plus, they hold almost 8 oz of milk (the larger sized ones).

Wow - your 7 month old can use the straw? I wanted to try one with the straw but was afraid DS (8 months)would have no idea what to do with it. As it is he sometimes kind of drinks from the sippy cup (I believe it's a Munchkin with a soft spout and handles) but mostly he seems to bang it and then throw it when he gets mad.Chat Icon

I've tried a bunch...

So far I like the Nuk Learner one the best...the spout is soft like a nipple.
